What this website collects

When you request a consultation or enroll in a workshop, we collect your name, email, phone number, chosen service, preferred date and time, and consent. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, or private details about your child through this website.

How your details are used

Sameksha uses your details to respond to your request, agree arrangements, and manage your enrollment. A request does not subscribe you to marketing. Requests are stored in private Vercel storage and are accessible through the signed-in dashboard. Public website content is stored separately from client requests.

Payments

When enabled, Razorpay processes payments. This website stores order and payment references and payment status; it does not store card numbers or banking credentials. Razorpay’s own privacy terms apply when you use its checkout.

Cookies and external links

The dashboard uses a secure session cookie for sign-in. Google Fonts supplies website typefaces. Links to Instagram open that service, where its privacy policy applies. Embedded posts load only after you choose to load them; Instagram then receives your connection information and may use its own cookies. No advertising trackers are installed by this website. Optional acoustic music stops when you leave the tab.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your request by contacting Sameksha through Parenting Pal on Instagram. Include your booking reference, but avoid sending sensitive health information over social media. Requests are retained for arranging and administering your consultation or event and can be deleted from the dashboard when no longer needed, subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations.

Children

This booking form is intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian must submit requests for a child. No child should submit personal details here.
