Consultation requests

Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment. Sameksha will contact you to agree the time, format, and fee before confirmation. All time preferences use India Standard Time. In-person consultations are in Noida · Delhi; the exact venue is shared before you confirm.

Fees and workshop enrollment

Fees are displayed in Indian rupees. The fee shown when your request is submitted is saved with that request. When online payments are available, the total is shown in Razorpay before you pay. A saved unpaid request is not a paid enrollment. Payment confirmation and joining arrangements are handled separately.

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

Contact Sameksha as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Any applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be shared before payment. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, contact Sameksha with your booking and payment references to arrange the next steps. Refunds are processed by the organiser through the original payment provider; changing a request status in the dashboard does not issue a refund.
